REstful yoga

Mountain Life Hot Yoga

The perfect way to end your day. Restorative yoga poses mixed with very gentle movement in a warm room.

A gentle, flowing class, practiced in a heated room and accessible for all levels. The focus of this class will be bringing mobility to all of the body's joints and moving along with the breath.

Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15pm
Mountain Life Hot Yoga

An upbeat, fun vinyasa flow that will challenge your balance and your ability to move around your mat. Faster paced and quite a bit of movement. Practiced in a  heated room.

Sundays from 10-11am

A gentle flow suitable for all. Stretch and move into all areas of the body using the breath to guide you. Practiced in a lightly heated room.

LYT™ Up- A workshop style class

Tuesdays from 9:30-10:30am
Current Series:   April 4th-25th
The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness

LYT™ Up is a workshop style class where you will learn all about anatomy and functional movement. There will be plenty of time for asking questions and tailoring each movement and pose to your body's needs. This class focuses on working the deep core and the glute muscles and you will most likely break a sweat. It is an upbeat, energizing practice but we will take multiple weeks to build up to a full practice.

What is LYT™ Yoga?
Founded by physical therapist Lara Heimann, LYT™ (Lara’s Yoga Technique) is a sophisticated method of practice that is based on the three principles of Physiology, Kinesiology and Neurology.
This is a strong practice class with a core understanding of movement from a cellular level while highlighting the mechanics of how movement happens, LYT™ is an intense movement experience that systematically overrides the patterns of compensation and poor habits through an exploration of brain mapping and purposeful movement.

A self myofascial release class designed to restore your body and mind. You will be guided through a combination of breathwork, self massage techniques using therapy balls, and a few yoga poses where you will be encouraged to connect to your body and sense change. Come and roll away your tension.

TEEN yoga

Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm
Current Series: April 6th-27th
The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness

A class designed just for teen girls ages 13-16 to learn a variety of tools to help with anxiety, stress, insecurities, and self worth. A chance for teens to learn the practice of yoga while creating a sense of community and belonging with one another. No previous experience necessary. We will explore the most common yoga poses, breathwork, mantra, and meditation.


REstful Rollout

Friday, March 17th, 6-8pm
The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness

A candlelit class designed to restore your body and mind. You will be guided through a combination of self massage techniques using therapy balls and restorative yoga poses where you will be encouraged to relax. Roll away your tension and rest into deep relaxation.

Yoga Book Club

Watch for a new Yoga Book Club coming soon!

Yoga Book Club is a special two hour class where we dive deep into topics that help us grow as humans. We will read through a book that I have chosen together and for the first half of the class talk about what came up for us during the reading, building community and connection with other like-minded people as we share our experiences. The second half of the class is reserved for a yoga class themed to our discussion. We spend and hour moving and breathing as a way of processing our thoughts and feelings. This class usually runs once a week for a 5-6 week period of time.
